Commercial and industrial demolition
Volpe Demo LLC takes down, cuts out and clears structures safely and on schedule. Licensed, bonded and insured, serving Sacramento and Northern California.
Meet Mike Serrato, founder of Volpe Demo
Mike is a husband, a father of two sons and a skilled tradesman who started Volpe Demo LLC to build something that lasts. Fifteen years of welding, ten years of fence building and five years in demolition gave him hands-on skill across several trades, and a firm respect for quality work and jobsite safety.
His approach is simple: treat every project with respect, stand behind the work, and earn lasting relationships through reliability and accountability.
For Mike, demolition is about preparing the way for what comes next. Every job gets his experience, his work ethic and the same care he brings to his family, so clients can move forward with confidence.
What we do
Structural demolition
Controlled takedown of buildings, warehouses and parking structures, sequenced around neighbors and utilities.
Interior demolition
Strip-outs for offices, retail and hospitality, with the structure and adjacent spaces protected.
Selective demolition
Precise removal of openings, slabs and sections in a building you plan to keep.
Concrete removal
Sawing, breaking and hauling of slabs, foundations, pads and heavy flooring.
Site clearing and haul-off
Debris sorted on site, with recyclable concrete, steel and masonry kept out of the landfill where possible.
